Aditi, Dr. Davis, Rehman, and Yetong represented our SBSM Health Economics research at the 2024 conference.

On Monday, April 29, 2024, the Safe Babies & Safe Moms (SBSM) team showcased early results of ongoing research at the MedStar Health and Georgetown University Research & Education Symposium. Led by Dr. Carol Davis, the presentation featured contributions from Rehman Liaqat, Yetong Xu, and Aditi Bhardwaj, who collaborated closely on this part of the broader SBSM Health Economics research project.

The team presented promising initial findings on the societal return on investment of SBSM, focusing on program costs, health outcomes, and economic benefits, especially related to reducing preterm births. For further insights, please refer to the poster via the following link.
